I just reordered the Source Naturals Wellness Formula for myself and family. We've been taking this supplement for several years now and have been very pleased. Regarding side effects, the only thing we've experienced is your bowel movement may be a bit looser than normal when taking a higher number of capsules daily for cold prevention; however, we have found this not be problematic and if taking for more than a few days; your system should adjust. My family loves this! Whenever we feel something coming on we grab this bottle. It either completely blocks out whatever virus/bug is trying to get you or makes the sickness short. Love it so much we got the liquid form for our little kids that can’t take pills. Pill size is normal, not like some others that are horse pills size.
