Good for the money
My daughter needed a princess dress for a birthday party we attended on Saturday. The dress was beautiful! The only con was the hem of the tulle was shorter than the under skirt. No one cared. It's for a few hours on a Saturday. And I think it would make for a great Halloween dress. The hem didn't stay as my daughter was climbing a lot and probably stepped on the hem causing it to tear, but again ; $21? Who cares? Buy it!
