This clothes steamer has some good points, but the design really holds it back. It heats up fast, usually within about 30 seconds, and does a decent job removing wrinkles from lighter fabrics. The handheld size is convenient and easy to use, and the auto-off feature is a nice safety touch. However, the water fill design on the bottom of the unit is poorly thought out. It feels awkward to refill, and it can leak quite easily if not handled very carefully, which makes it messy and frustrating to use. Because of this issue, it loses a lot of practicality for me. That said, after I shared my concerns, the seller responded promptly and offered a full refund without any hassle. I sincerely appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction. While I still believe the water tank design could be improved, the seller's outstanding customer service deserves recognition. I am updating my rating to 5 stars based on the excellent customer support. Although the product did not fully meet my expectations, the seller stood behind their product and made every effort to resolve the issue, which I greatly appreciate.

As a pageant mom, I spend a lot of time steaming dresses and outfits. I'm always on the lookout for a steamer that 1) knocks the wrinkles out quickly, 2) doesn't spit water, and 3) is easy to use. My Shark handheld steamer quit on me a couple of weeks ago, so I had to replace it. I looked at expensive floor/tank models and other handheld steamers, and did thorough research on several brands and models. Experience has taught me that metal/steel heads work better than plastic heads at knocking out wrinkles. (Plus, plastic heads normally have more condensation thus creating water marks on clothing). So, a metal head was a requirement. Usually models with metal heads cost more, so I was surprised when I found this one for $35. I kept skipping over it, thinking the low price tag meant that it was lower quality. But, I kept coming back to this model because of its features and the price. I love that this steamer has a lock button, so I'm not having to hold it while I'm steaming. (I had to keep the button pressed on my Shark, and I hated that.) I'm glad I gave this model a try. It does the job that the $200 steamers do, and because it's small, I can easily travel with it. It's made a lot like my Shark, but isn't nearly as heavy and does a better job. There are a couple of things that I wish were different about it (and would pay more for these upgrades): 1. I wish the cord were a little longer. 2. I am concerned about the durability of the plastic buttons/controls. 3) The area to pour water in the reservoir is a little hard to navigate. (My last steamer, I would just carry a bottle of water for convenience.) The hole on this one is very small, so I hope I don't forget the pouring cup that comes with it.

I would say it is durable and worth the price. I’ve had it for 3 years now, but after continuous weekly use, it doesn’t function the same it used to in the beginning. The strength of the steam varies, and the water holder is now leaking just a bit when refilling. Additionally, I’m finding it harder to remove the water storage section these days, I had to use WD-40 once to get it off. It’s easy to use however, and does the job. Due to continuous use for 3 years, I’d say I’m not surprised by how it functions now. If it’s just for use every now and then, it’s great! Should last years. But if using daily, expect it to deteriorate overtime.

This little hand held steamer is way more powerful than anticipated! It steamed out deep wrinkles (folded badly for 3 years) in very heavy drapes. It is light enough to hold for long periods of time and has a clear safety signal. The water container never leaked, even after hours of use. I have used this now often (I don’t enjoy ironing & I love wearing cotton). This was the perfect solution.

I bought this steamer September 2022, and only had used it a couple times (I don’t have a ton of clothes that I need to steam). When I went to use it in August 2023, it wasn’t working correctly. It would heat up but steam wouldn’t come out (I didn’t have this experience before). I reached out to this company’s customer support via email. Within a day or two I got a reply with some troubleshoot tips. I tried those and still had no luck getting it to steam. The gal I emailed with asked for my address to send a replacement. I had a new steamer within one week. They replaced this item I’ve had for almost a year because there is a 24 month warranty. Their customer support team made this incredibly fast and easy. So friendly and helpful too! I was thoroughly impressed!! This company truly backs their product! As for the steamer itself, works like a champ! Not sure what the issue was with my last one…but either way, my new steamer works great! As advertised, you can hold it upright or horizontally like an iron. Heats up super fast, like a couple minutes. It will dribble/spit out a couple drops of water every now and then, but it isn’t an issue as it’s only water and not ruining anything! It does make like a continual clicking sound when you’re holding down the steam button. It doesn’t bother me, and I didn’t even notice after a while. If you struggle with sensory overload issues, then you might not like the noise this product makes. It’s not loud, and like I said it didn’t bother me at all. Just wanted to mention it as that might be important to some people. I was able to steam 4 shirts on my first fill of the water chamber. With more practice, I’m sure I could do more than 4, as I’m kinda slow getting back into using a steamer. Also, had some shirts with odd fabric that were stubborn, so that took a little more time. No issues with stopping from overheating either.

I love it a lot. Convenient. Easy to use. Works great!! Light. Portable and good size to store. I dont use a bench. I use my bed. Cord is long. Removes wrinkles fast. Water capacity is great and steams really efficiently

The customer service for this Beautural steamer is excellent!! My 1st steamer was defective. It leaked water through the nozzle, & would run out of water very quickly. I had already written a 5 star review on same day I got it, because the first time I used it, I had no problems at all, & I was very happy with it. Then, as I used it more, over the next few days, I kept seeing it leaking water a lot & the problem got worse. I decided to change my review from 5 stars to 2 stars, because I genuinely felt the steamer wasn't working as it should at all. I couldn't even get it to steam a seam on regular weight fabric, it just made it all wet. I was pretty upset about it. I had intended on contacting the company about the defective steamer, which I mentioned in my revised review, but within a few hours of my 2 star review, Lydia, who works for Beautural, the steamer company contacted me. Lydia was extremely helpful & kind. She apologized about the defective steamer & she only asked if I could take & send her a picture of the bottom of the steamer, which is where the serial number & other information about the steamer are located. I didn't need to return my defective steamer either. Lydia made sure a brand new steamer was shipped next day to me. I was very impressed with Lydia & this company's customer service, & it was nice for once for a company to want to fix the problem as quickly as possible by contacting me. I've never experienced anything like this on Amazon. I would love for more sellers to stand behind their products, & just want their customers to be happy. The new steamer works great!! I highly recommend this great company & their products. I would definitely buy from them again in the future, & be confident knowing that if I had any problems, they would do whatever was necessary to fix it. I bought this steamer in May 2023 to take with us on trips, and honestly I loved it. It worked really well on pretty much everything, even jeans. It became our go-to steamer whenever we traveled. When we weren’t traveling, I would put it away and just take it back out for our next trip. Unfortunately, it recently stopped working and won’t even turn on. I’m not sure what happened because we always emptied out the water after using it and took pretty good care of it. I’m a little disappointed because I expected it to last longer, especially since we only used it when traveling and not every day. It was definitely convenient and easy to use, and I would still recommend it based on how well it worked for us. I just wish it had lasted a little longer.

Excelente producto, Funciona muy bien. Es muy fácil de usar ya cuando le agarras el truco, el deposito de agua alcanza para planchar 3 playeras seguidas o 2 pantalones de mezclilla. Recomiendo dejar que salga un poco de vapor antes de planchar la ropa, ya que a veces llega a soltar algunas gotas de agua. Lo malo es la jarra del agua, no tiene una medida exacta para dejar el deposito lleno, también recomiendo usar un embudo pequeño para llenar el deposito, ya que no lo puedes dejar parado y el sello aveces estorba al llenar.

This is my first steamer. Great value for the price. Worked very well to remove wrinkles from two tops I purchased online. They arrived quite creased due to being packaged for shipping and the steamer quickly & easily got the fabric looking smooth. Easy to use and heated up quickly. Would be great for travelling too. Mein Paket kam direkt aus China gesandt - nur mit Chinesische Bedienungsanleitung und ohne schweizer Stecker!!! Ich habe bis heute es nicht in Betrieb nehmen können obwohl ich im Internet die Firma Webseite gesucht habe und gehofft dort eine zumindest Englische Bedienungsanleitung runter landen zu können. Auf ein schon 2x gesandtes Email an die Firma ist auch keine Reaktion gekommen.
