Can these be used if you are experiencing dryness but not sure if your going through menopause

I am post menopause but see no reason why you couldn't take these to help you.

How long does it take before I notice results?? I have currently been taking them for 45 days, and intimacy is incredibly painful.

I took them for two months and also used an additional insert called Replens (as needed) to lubricant. Might want to also check with your gyno to make sure all is well inside. ❤️🩹
