Works as detailed in the book included with the disc. I did a quick run through with the various methods outlined in the book and could definitely feel subtle energies at work. Looking forward to focusing on the various methods individually and in more depth.

I am battling Late Stage Lyme so I have been at war over my mind, body & soul. I’ve been bedridden most of the last year so getting to my energy healers is difficult. I had been doing some work on my own & this just aids in that endeavor. I can definitely feel the powerform when I hold it. Some of the suggested ways work much better for me than others. One problem I do have is I don’t have access to their online instructions. I never received an email so I have to contact them. It would just be too strange describing what I feel but I use a lot of frequency to heal physically. I’ve felt very similar feelings when using pertain frequencies. I love using my powerform while listening to the 9 solfeggios meditating. Amazing! Definitely worth the money. I also purchased the set but this is still my favorite.

Powerforms are very useful items for clearing, balancing, and softening the impact of the intensity of our world these days.... getting back to center. In my experience, they perform as described. I highly suggest that you read the materials and watch the videos that are here in the product description. Also, I find that this one is useful for many different functions and is a good all around energetic implement

If you don’t like how it feels or you feel nothing, look closely at the plate. It should say ‘YIN SIDE’ on the blue side and the red side should say ‘YANG SIDE’. As my pictures show, it’s the opposite on mine. The mixed up energies of the plate don’t ‘jive’ with the meditations in the booklet or if trying to use it with the intention specific to yin or yang side based on the color. Contact the seller to return it and get the right one! Makes all the difference when using it!!!

I used this for at least a month and didn't really "feel" anything and I didn't have high expectations. I wasn't expecting some major transformation When I first used it I thought I felt something, but I think it was just a placebo...

Complete ripoff. Now have to return to Amazon and wait.

I think this one might be a dud, the others that I've purchased I can feel the energy and they help me sleep like a baby. But I pit this one u down and laid om it like I do with the others and nothing, also nothing when I hold it. Bit will keep trying and update if any changes.Update:Last night went to bed a bit late was still tired this morning. So I decided to put this in my pocket for the day, and it's now 1:50pm and I just realized that not once today did I yawn. And I'm feeling wide awake, only have a slight headache.
