this has been an amazing PC since i got it, i had a little issue with Windows 11 but was able to fix that by jumping back down to windows 10. Overall, everything i throw at this thing has worked with no issues at all. I mainly play GTA RP, COD, Fortnite and right now i picked up sea of thieves. I play on high settings and get around 90-120 FPS. I do think the ram could be upgraded a little bit and would look into getting 32GBs right away.

Computer runs and looks great. Purchased as my first desktop from Alienware, and have been a long time user of their laptops. This unit runs MW2 (2022) Squad and Ready or Not with zero issues. I personally upgraded the RAM but otherwise the system is setup very well.Other users have mentioned issues with crashing or general issues and I have not experienced any of these issues. I have been running the system for about 3 weeks now with zero issues.

Bought this for my wife a few years back as we are both avid gamers and she was now using just her laptop and wanted a desktop again. It handles games great (both old and new). The last game she downloaded was "Dragon Age: The Veilguard" and it runs beautifully.Pros: Fantastic gaming machine, seamless visuals.Cons: Fans tend to sound a bit loud at times when running games (not an issue if you use a gaming headset).

What I liked about this product is It was exactly what I was looking for my Sim Seat project.

Computer completely stopped working after less than 24 hours. I will give credit to the tech person I initially spoke to. He spent an hour on the phone with me going over various things to try and fix the issue. However it was diagnosed as a mother board that was no longer working. An appointment was set up for repair, however over and over it kept getting cancelled and reset for next day. After a week + of this and with time to return to Amazon getting close to running out I finally returned it to Amazon who was wonderful, gave me full refund quickly. One final note I received a bogus email from the technician who was supposed to repair my computer saying it was completed on a Sunday morning and that I verbally confirmed the repair. This was completely made up, I received that email on the same Sunday morning and had been home all day and no one showed up. So other than the IT person I originally spoke to who was wonderful, everything else about this company was terrible. Also again Amazon was wonderful as well regarding the return, that went off without any problems.

I've been using for a week so far and it has been the best pc I've ever owned. everything I play can be at ultra graphic settings with zero lag. I would highly suggest this pc to others.

Very powerful machine for what I need. Kids love to play their games on it.

it works like a charm and runs games well the heat is abit bad sometimes so I suggest upgrading cooling when u get it other then that I get 71 fps on MC Rtx portal pioneers idle is about 39-40 download 50-60 gaming 70-78 so far no problems will update if there is but worth the money Gaming and Brand value.
