Well, I bought it twice, playing guinea pig on myself again. To tell the truth, I was looking for a way to control elevated blood sugar without medication, but also without major dietary changes. It didn't work. Perhaps it would make a difference with appropriate avoidance of sugar and processed starches, but honestly, once I bit the bullet and started cutting out the sugar and starch almost completely, blood sugar levels dropped as well, so I don't really know that this product is even necessary. Perhaps it will work better for you. I've found the best help so far in reducing elevated blood sugar levels from Arthur Agatston's The South Beach Diet. If you have Prime or KU, you can borrow The South Beach Diet Supercharged (very much the same as the original, but with an exercise program included) for free. Edited - it came to my attention that this had triggered something called "Amazon's sensitivity filter" so, bewildered, I reread my review and found a word, (which I'll delete since even with an asterisk it is apparently still setting off the filter), which I altered to see if that was setting off a "filter". For heaven sake, what is this? Fifth grade? Edited again - took the "objectionable" word, first four letters abst and last four letters ence and replaced with avoidance. I find this fascinating and horrible. A bookseller graying out s review due to one word erroneously triggering the thought police? Only in 2019 America. I'll try this edit. If the review continues grayed out due to a "sensitivity filter" then I'll delete and re-edit - complete with all this background info.

My sugar levels in fact shot up after taking these capsules. The product has not been evaluated by FDA. These capsules are not available in Sri Lanka from where the raw material itself is supposed to be sourced. Try your luck if it suits you.

I compared my blood sugar levels before and after I started taking this supplement. It made no difference whatsoever.
