Best thing ever
These amino tablets are easy to take and work well for daily use. I’ve noticed better recovery and less soreness after workouts. The bottle is sturdy, easy to store, and lasts a long time. Reliable quality and a great addition to a workout routine. Pills are big but worth the swallow.

all around best amino I found, anyway
Recently came back to GNC brand amino. All the years of training and taking supps, FOR ME (maybe not you) this is the best all around amino. SUGGESTION: we all know our own bodies. Get one bottle, add only this to your diet/routine and start to monitor yourself, your energy, your exercise performance, etc. Be fair, not in 3 days. But after 2 weeks, see if you notice anything. I haven't taken GNC brand in quite some time and I, once again, felt an overall well being difference in a couple of weeks- and better recoup time as well. They're big capsules but they're smooth, so easy to take.

Great Product
Received these AA in perfect condition. All seals in place & pills undamaged or melted like I have got from another seller in the past. I would recommend this item to all people who workout & need AA replacement
