I’ve been taking this magnesium for over a year now, and it has become part of my nightly routine. I struggle with Hashimoto’s, stress, and occasional insomnia, and this helps my body relax enough to actually fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night. What I like most about this magnesium is that it feels very gentle on my stomach. I previously tried a much more expensive magnesium supplement that cost around $30–$40, and it completely upset my stomach while also not helping my sleep at all. My body just did not react well to it. Even though this one is a lower milligram amount, it works much better for me personally. This supplement helps relax my muscles and overall tension, which makes it easier for me to wind down at night without feeling groggy the next morning. I also notice I wake up less during the night compared to before. I especially recommend this for people who have sensitive stomachs or digestive issues because a lot of supplements can be harsh, but this one has been easy for me to tolerate long term.
