Created fatigue
I’ve tried a few magnesium supplements and these particular ones made me feel incredibly tired. I was waking up feeling like a zombie and really struggling to get through the day during the week I took them for. As soon as I stopped taking them, I felt back to my normal self with my regular energy levels.

Recommend brand!!!
I loooooove this brand! Value for money is sort of there- I wish they weren’t as expensive, especially when compared to other products. But the potency is there- so maybe it is a good price for quality. The pill size is manageable. It’s easy to use - just swallow vitamin haha. Started this honestly, 2 days ago and I find it effective. It makes me feel a sense of calmness. I take it in the evening around 6 pm with food. It seems to be working by 7:30 /8pm when I lay down and unwind. This review just let me know I am almost. 30 years old😂 in bed by 8pm. Oh jeez! Definitely recommend these and the brand!

It works!!
The best magnesium supplement I’ve ever taken. It helps me go off in the morning as well which I tend to have trouble in the past with. I’ve improved my diet but with the use of this I’ve seen a tremendous improvement. I highly recommend
