PRO-FORM LE TOUR DE FRANCE

The mechanical components work but I'm far less convinced about the computer and its control over the bike. I bought two so that my partner and I could ride together and this just hasn't worked because the two bikes are not functioning the same, the gearing is not the same though it is working, the power output is different and markedly fluctuant on the trainer I use. I have contacted the distributors who are supposedly local and though they acknowledged both my telephone call and the subsequent e-mail , nothing has been done, I am about to ring them again and I hope this time I get more satisfaction.
