A guide to a healthy life
Honey It's Not About Six-Pack Abs by Mayur Mathur takes you to those 4 stages that can sign you for a healthy life if you mastered them. The book is great with its content as it simplifies the whole procedure in doable steps. With its content quality and easy narration and stories, the book will provoke you to take some steps towards that robust health that you once dreamed off. The book advances in 4 stages. Stage 1 is all about setting a mindset at one place for obtaining really an excellent health. It sheds light on common-looking aspects, however, at a deeper level, they means a lot. This stage pricks the concepts of value, questions, weak resolutions, and much more that redo the fitness quotient in our life.Stage 2 was about tools that can reason out with our mind. It was quite an interesting stage because here I found something that was available nowhere, except psychology text books. Stage 3 was quite a length one, it ought to be, full of stories and references from great figures of the world. This is mostly about habits. The last stage I will not discuss here. It, too, has valuable insights and knowledge capable of impressing any health enthusiasts. Don’t take me otherwise, the book is aptly suitable for all types of readers who long for health transformation in their simple lives.

A Differentiator
Honey It's Not About Six-Pack Abs by Mayur Mathur is a better book than 'what to do books' in the health niche. It delves deeper in the psychic as what allows a person to indulge into a world of health and fitness and what keeps him away.It studies parameters of the mind game required for a healthy and fit lifestyle. Replete with insights and stats and stories, this book is apt for transformation towards a sound health. Written as point to point, it connects all the dots for health enthusiasts and naïve aspirants. The book is full of inspiration and mind-changing key takeaways. First off, the book shows the transformation guide through four stages. Next, in those four stages you will find a lot of subtopics to fill your bag. 340 pages but believe me each page has its own value and it counts. You will be thrilled to take as much as possible from one reading. Hence, I advise you to re-read that part that suits you and has the power to change you for a good reason. For me that imaginary haversack example worked finely. I could relate well to it. Similarly, there are plenty of tricks and strategies in the book that not only make you aware but also drive you for mapping your health needs. This is indeed a great book, looks like by an expert of the subject.

Personal health coach handy at all times
The most phenomenal thing about of this book is its practical and hands-on approach. The author begins with a personal anecdote on body shaming and then layer by layer builds a “manual to wellness”. I am using the words “wellness” here because the book is not about six packs but the mental and physical state of being healthy. It contains simple and easy tools (illustrations and charts) that will remain with you long after you have finished reading. The other remarkable thing about the book is the fact that it takes a 360 degree approach to health. Be it sleep management, food craving or doing physical training in the correct way, it has it all covered.Last but not the least, the hand-book style of writing makes it useful for everyone. Whether you are uninitiated looking to shed some weight or a sports and fitness professional looking to add weapon to your arsenal there is something for everyone.
