Verity: The thriller that will capture your heart and blow your mind

I loved this book so much. The plot twist, the characters just kept me glued to it to know what happens next. I'm still conflicted between team manuscript or team letter. When you pick this book up DON'T READ IT AT NIGHT!! It will creep you out. A bit of SPOILER! Verity is an author and is married to Jeremy and they have 3 children but the twins die and things take a turn for the worst. Verity is bed ridden after her accident and can't finish her remaining 3 series,so Jeremy talks with her publisher to hire another author to finish the series for her and he goes to the meeting where he meets Lowen a small author who just lost her mother and is looking for a job to distract herself. Lowen takes the offer Jeremy has negotiated with her and in order to start the series, she needs to familiarise herself with Verity's work. Lowen agrees to stay in there house for the weekend to get the notes she needs only to come across Verity's manuscript that was never to be read by anyone and things take a turn after she realizes she's is falling for Jeremy and is conflicted whether to give him the manuscrips to read or keep them to herself, what unravels next is shocking,,,It's a must read for thriller lovers.

One of the best books I have ever reed. A plot that keeps you in suspense throughout the book, an unexpected ending...

This is my first Colleen Hoover book. I'm a big fan of true crime, thrillers etc. (hence why I haven't read her romance books). THIS BOOK WAS AMAZING. I was at the EDGE of my seat. I felt so much stuff and literally this was better than binge watching ANY of my fav netflix series. Colleen is an exceptional writer. I cannot recommend this book more.

Different than the other work I’ve read from Hoover, kept me on edge the whole time I was reading. It’s a nice read if you’re into thrillers.

A must read! Amazing plot twist love the darkness and the thrill inside.

Probably the best of all the Coho reads. The ending is insane. Triggering if you have kids but loved it nonetheless

Heel goed, de verkoper had een aardig berichtje in het boek gedaan omdat hij dacht dat het de verkeerde taal was. Uiteindelijk had ik graag de Engelse versie, dus bedankt!

What did I just read people???WOW just WOW!Firstly i should say that I read this book within a 24 hour spell, it could easily be read in one sitting if you can find a couple of hours to read it. It is a huge page turner that will have you gripped from page one, and even though it is filled with so many different emotions it actually is a very easy read.Talk about intense!! This book will have you on the edge of your seat, and honestly at times it really creeped me out but I LOVED it so much, even though I don’t even know what is going on haha.Sadly the woman in the manuscript reminded me of my mother, but that’s ok as I still enjoyed it.To be honest I’m at a loss for words here as is everyone else who has read this no doubt.I 100% believe that Verity is the person we read in the manuscript, she was crazy and a manipulator and I feel sorry for those that have gotten in her way.I really feel for Lowen at the end as that must of been a hard decision to make but one she thought was for the best.I recommend everyone and their aunt reads this book.
