Q: does this need to be ironed? Does it get wrinkled easily?

No...It DOES wrinkle a little if you let it sit in a cold dryer, but otherwise, it stays wrinkle-free. I love it...I just bought 2 more because I don’t have time for ironing, and it fits nicely.

Q: Why picture shows black buttons but recieved with white buttons?

It’s a mistake from the factory. I recommend you return and request the correct product.

Q: Is the fabric see through? I need a white shirt but don’t want my bra seen underneath.

No, however you may see the markings of the bra if it's not a t-shirt bra. Be careful with the size. It's fitted just as in the picture.

Yes shirt runs small. I bought a few of these in black for my daughter to wear for her job as a server at a very high end steak house. She normally wear a small and is very petite but she is very busty. For her we had to step up two sizes to fit her in the bust and to fit comfortable with the button closures. The nice thing is the shirt is slim fit so once we got the right size to fit her it looked great. It also is made of the softest cotton material with a mix of stretch so it moves with you. Even though it’s a slim fitting shirt you will have the stretch you need to move. Best way to describe is the fit is like your favorite good fitting pair of jeans, soft ,hugs your body but your able to move like your in sweat pants.
