Everything Lemons: 25 Sweet and Tart Dessert Recipes (Ann Adair Cookbooks)

I liked the idea of a themed recipe book, and I love lemon flavoured treats so I ordered this book. Unfortunately quite a few of the recipes use things like instant lemon pudding mix. Another includes shop bought cake as one of the ingredients. This is not what I would expect from a cookery book. Disappointed
