Flat out wrong.
While the diameters for the inner, and outer parts of the sleeve are correct. The threading will NOT allow you to thread it into a standard M12, or thread a standard M10. The thread pitch is too far off to even try installing these. Complete waste of time, and money. DO NOT BUY! you have been warned.

Cheap made in china stuff
Completely out of spec. Neither the M10 or the M12 side has any lockup with what I needed it to do.
