I have NOT received mine yet, but my currently pregnant neighbor gave me some of hers to try. My morning sickness has been impossible to manage, I can barely stomach bread. I usually use one first thing in the morning before I can get up and make some food. It helps settle the nausea until I can get food in my stomach. I haven’t thrown up in 3 days. I only use 1-3 a day depending on my sickness severity. I will say these do work, but every woman and every pregnancy is different! I switch out the flavors so I’m not sticking to one flavor and getting sick of it. I also use a vitamin b6 with an antihistamine before bed which has also helped. I would highly recommend these if you need a little something to help out. Will update my review when I receive and try these ones specifically!

No idea why this wristband works. I'm 11 weeks pregnant, getting a lot of retching throughout the day. I practically tore it out of the package and slapped them on, and until I took them off to bathe my toddler son I was significantly less nauseous. And then when I did take them off during my son's bath my muscles started to try to retch in a matter of minutes. I don't get it. It's just small knobs on the small wrist bands that's pressing into the inner side of my wrists. But it works.

Unfortunately, this product didn’t help with my nausea or morning sickness at all. After purchasing, I noticed most of the positive reviews were actually referring to the gummies, a completely different item. I was also disappointed that I wasn’t allowed to return it, even after just a few days of use.
