The S&B chili oil w/Crunchy Garlic is a delicious condiment to add to your table. If you enjoy chili crisp, this similar, but better, in my option. The garlic is thinly sliced and crunchy, the chili oil has a good heat level and is spicy without being overpowering or sinus-clearingly spicy, the flavor is delicious, and the ingredients are good, though there are some stabilizers included. The ingredients includes corn oil, chili pepper, fried garlic (garlic, palm oil, rice oil), msg, onion powder, salt, fried onion (onion flake, rice oil), sugar, chili paste (chili pepper, salt, rice), soy sauce powder (soybean wheat, salt, dextrin), ground sesame, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate, and tocopherols. My bottles arrived well packaged and none of the bottles were leaking upon arrival. My only complaint about this topping is that there is only 3.88 ounces per bottle - and given how our family enjoys putting this stuff on everything, they just don't last long enough. It's a good value in comparison to purchasing the bottles in store and something I would buy again.

I enjoy spicy food and saw this... It is not spicy (to me), but HOLY COW!!!! this is delicious!!! I have a tendency to find something and then use it for EVERYTHING!! I make a cabbage salad (Rice vinegar, Kinder's Jalapeno mix, hot oil, garlic salt, sesame oil and NOW THIS)... I put it on plain rice... I have even eaten it straight out of the jar... I will be buying this in larger quantities in the near future... this stuff is crazy good... thanks for making it...

Delicious but pricey.

This is very good. The garlic is nice and crunchy. It’s not got an overpowering taste of garlic. I mainly use it on sushi rolls, but it’s been good on everything I’ve tried it on. Works well in guacamole.

It is a 10/10 on the market and I will never buy another one. It is good on so many things. I put this on almost everything I eat and look at me getting ready to make another purchase of the mild and the spicy.

Love the flavor - wish it was spicier! But the flavor is absolutely delicious - a bit pricey too!

Salmon and shrimp are staples of my diet every week, and I usually use minced garlic, chili powder and olive oil to sauté them. I then eat the shrimp with a Thai sweet chili dip or I squeeze lemon onto my salmon. So when this came up as a suggestion and I saw the insanely good reviews, I purchased 2 bottles immediately. I thought this would blow my usual method of cooking my favorites out of the water, but it didn't.... it tastes identical and is barely more convenient. Each tiny little bottle lasted through approximately 6 meals for me. I single-handedly used them both up in about 3 weeks. So not only did I add very dangerous seed oils to my diet that I don't want by substituting with this, I also added over $2 dollars to the price of every HOMEcooked meal I made. I may as well eat out for that price! These really needed to blow me out of the water to be worth it, but unfortunately they missed the mark. For anyone it might matter to, I'd suggest sticking to a jar of minced garlic and some inexpensive dried spices, and olive oil, which is much better for your health! The negative impact of seed oils remains active in your body for YEARS.
