I wasn't expecting a floor head to make such a noticeable difference, but this genuine Numatic Airo Brush has been an excellent upgrade for my Henry vacuum. It simply clicks onto the 32mm wand and is ready to use straight away. The brush glides smoothly across both carpets and hard floors, making it easy to move around furniture and into corners without constantly changing attachments. On carpets, it does a great job of lifting dust, pet hair and everyday dirt, while on hard floors it picks everything up without scratching the surface. The rotating brush helps loosen stubborn debris, so I found myself needing fewer passes compared to the standard floor head. It feels well made and sturdy, just as you'd expect from a genuine Numatic accessory. If you own a Henry vacuum and want better cleaning performance on different floor types, this is definitely worth the upgrade.

There are few things as universally trusted in a British household as a Henry vacuum cleaner. They are virtually indestructible workhorses. After an impressive 7 years of heavy duty use, the original floor head on mine finally snapped at the pipe connector. Rather than replacing the entire machine—because, frankly, the motor itself will probably outlive me—I opted to just replace the attachment with this Genuine Numatic Airo Brush floor head. I usually expect replacement parts to feel slightly inferior to the original, but this is a genuine OEM part and the build quality is absolutely solid. More importantly, in terms of actual performance, I genuinely believe this Airo head is vastly superior to the original Pet head that came in the box. The internal brush bar mechanism is fantastic; it agitates the pile and pulls dust and debris out of carpets with a level of efficiency the standard head simply couldn't manage. It has completely refreshed the cleaning power of a 7-year-old machine. Aesthetically, it matches the classic Numatic design language perfectly, and it fits the 32mm pipe like a glove. The value for money here is phenomenal—you are essentially getting flagship-level carpet cleaning performance without having to spend hundreds of pounds on an entirely new, heavily marketed cordless vacuum. Pros: -A massive performance upgrade over the standard Pet head, especially on carpets. -Genuine Numatic build quality that fits perfectly and feels robust. -Exceptional value for money; saves you from having to buy a brand new vacuum cleaner. Cons: -The rotating brush bar does occasionally require you to cut away tangled hair or threads to keep it running smoothly. -It makes the machine slightly heavier to push on very thick carpets compared to the basic flat head. Fair product, It seems to work not to bad. Just make sure your hose outlet air bit is closed or it won’t work well. I made this mistake at the start.

Henry goes TURBO!!!! So if you didn't have this attachment when you got your Henry hoover then you need this attachment. It basically adds a flywheel and fan inside to create better suction. I had one before and unfortunately the plastic at the top cracked after an accident happened, kids 🙄 next time use protection......... Around the hoover. Anyway it lost pressure and the hoover seemed like it has had its day, or so the wife thought, I looked Henry in the eyes and said I have faith in you and then the montage music started, we ran on the beach, through forests, hills and finally up the stairs, we turned to each other, jumped then high fived each other. We was ready, the next day it arrived on the doorstep, I changed Henry's bag and then installed the attachment, Henry's light was on and then he roared with power, he pulled the carpet up with the amount as the dirt that came out leaving no mess in his wake. When we was finished I pretty he gave me a cheeky wink, then I chucked him in the cupboard under the stairs and continued to treat him like Harry potter. So basically get this attachment.

I brought this to go on my Numatic Charles and honestly paired with the power of him and the turning of the brush and the two wheels it has taken most of the effort away from vacuuming it works amazingly well and I’m very happy with this head, money well spent!

It works but not the best on carpet. I will chose shark over this for carpets and henry for dirty work.

This Airo Brush has been a great upgrade for our Henry vacuum. It fits perfectly and has made cleaning rugs and carpets so much quicker, easily takes half the time now. The brush glides smoothly over both hard floors and carpets, picking up more dirt with less effort. It feels solid and well-made, and the suction seems more effective with this attachment. If you’ve got a Henry and want to make vacuuming easier and faster, this is well worth it. Really pleased with the difference it’s made!

I contacted Avern - as instructed on the Amazon to do - only to be told by an extremely unhelpful 'customer support' that I needed to contact Amazon directly- I tried to explain that Amazon directs people to them - but she was having none of it. So what do I do with this - as it doesn't work and is not fit for purpose. So total waste of money an no way of returning it!
