It is widest at the rear wheels and the measurement is 24cm.

Can I buy just the bag for this model as mine is lost

I am not sure but when I broke the catch on the bag they were really helpful in supplying a new catch. I would phone them direct if you can.

What are the measurements of this Rollator when folded up ?

I don't have the exact measurements as I don't live near the person who uses it), but it's surprisingly neat when folded up. It's a really great piece of equipment- sturdy, well designed and folds up very easily and neatly if you wanted to store it or put it in the car.
