Question to Pure Sunergy (seller\manufacturer): From where do you source your algae for this beta glucan?

This beta-glucan is sourced from freshwater algae grown in tanks in a controlled facility in the USA.

It seems and I assume it to be made in the USA by "The Pure Synergy Co." ( made by or where not stated). You can call "The Pure Synergy Co." 800 723 0277

How does this compare to the much more expensive beta glucan from better way health?

I used to purchase the more expensive BetaGlucans but following research on the subject I found the Pure Synergy Beta Glucan is derived from ocean algie as opposed to mushroom (higher cost)s which the more expensive BetaGlucan use. Yet I learned they both provide the same level of immunity support whether derived from algie or mushrooms.. I have continued to buy and use the Pure Synergy product.

What is the expiration date?

Expiration date is found on label to the right of 'SUPPLEMENT FACTS. This product seems to have about a 3 year life before expiring. Passed the expiration date there are no guaranties of its potency
