Easily one of the best books on Celtic mythology
The book provides a deep esoteric dive into Celtic mythology while referencing from other IE branches to fully solidify much lost knowledge. A heavy book to be useful for generations to come.

The best comparative mythological book
This book will help you understand that the majority of the myths have a shared Indo-European origin and guide you very thoroughly in understanding how the connections make sense based on comparative mythology. I would hope that the author writes a sequel to this book!

The Golden Standard for Celtic and Comparative Mythology, Bar None
An absolute must-read for mythology enthusiasts or those pursuing any Indo-European pagan path. This book is hands-down the most comprehensive and accurate investigation into comparative mythology any author has yet acheived. The conclusions are not only logical, but fit within the tapestry of Indo-European mythology, religion, and overall worldview like perfect puzzle pieces. There is no doubt in my mind that the work of J. Dolan surpasses the work of Georges Dumézil himself, and will become the golden standard for comparative mythological research in the coming decades.
