Having used a samaung front load eco bubble model for several years, I had high expectations, and this upgraded version has not disappointed. Performance: The washing machine's performance is nothing short of remarkable. The 7 kg capacity is perfect for my household, handling both small loads and larger ones with ease. The Digital Inverter technology ensures energy efficiency while maintaining powerful washing capabilities. My clothes come out cleaner than ever, and I've noticed a significant reduction in energy consumption, which is fantastic for both my wallet and the environment. This is the first time I’m writing a review on this platform, despite being a regular buyer on Amazon. I bought this washing machine in Feb 2025. It worked well until Sept 14. The nightmare started on Sept 15, when the machine stopped working and got stuck on the “Washing” status. My mother called the technician who had installed the machine 4–5 times over the week. Every time he said he would come within an hour, but he never showed up. Finally, I raised a request with Amazon customer care on Sept 22. I specifically asked them not to send the same technician, so a different person was sent the same day. He said a mechanical part was not working and needed to be ordered, as water wasn’t flowing into the machine. He also suggested we keep the inlet tap open all the time. Later, when I called him again, he said the part would take a minimum of 4 days to arrive. The next day, Sept 23, I opened the washing machine out of habit—and a waterfall started! Around 20 liters of soapy water came rushing out. I closed the lid when most of the water had already flowed out, but later opened it again just to record a video. Imagine 20 liters of soapy water flooding your house. It was insanely slippery, and I had to spend almost an hour cleaning up every drop. I sent the video to the local service center as well as the technician. He called me immediately, saying the part was now available and would be replaced the next day. Later the same day, I called customer care and asked them to replace the machine altogether, citing multiple flaws: Flaw 1 – Technician said water inflow isn’t working due to a faulty mechanical part—within just 6 months of purchase. Flaw 2 – Despite the part not working, the machine somehow filled up with 20 liters of water while the power was off. Flaw 3 – When there’s water inside, the lid should not open—but it did. I asked customer care to connect me to a senior representative. After waiting 50 minutes, I was finally connected. He insisted they would repair it, despite me pointing out all 3 flaws. On Sept 24, I waited the entire day for the technician, as both customer care and the technician had promised the issue would be resolved. Finally, at 5 PM, I called the technician. He said the part had arrived and that he had assigned the task to someone else because he had other calls to attend. I then called customer care again, and now they told me the part hadn’t arrived yet, and the machine would be serviced tomorrow. I no longer have high hopes from Samsung or their service. I’ll update this review with what happens next. Let’s see. Meanwhile, enjoy the waterfall video (note: this was recorded after almost 75% of the water had already spilled)!

I've been using Samsung washing machines from long time and my experience has always been good. This product is also top notch and more importantly they have great customer service. My installation was done by Mr. Subham Halder, who not only helped with the installation, but also gave me detailed explanation of the features and use cases. He was very professional and patient with me and my questions and gave satisfactory explanations. Looking forward to great relationship with Samsung
