What are the 6 flavors?

Traditional Masala, Golden masala, Mint Masala, Rooibos Masala, Star Anise Masala and Mandarin Masala.

does the sampler pack come with a scoop?

Yes. There’s a small wooden spoon in each sampler packet.

Does this actually have blue lotus in it as well?

Blue lotus isn't listed as an ingredient in any of the Chai samples. I'm pretty sure, from reading about the company via their Amazon shop, that Blue Lotus is the name of the company that makes it. It may be a symbolic thing. Great stuff. I have enjoyed every mug of each flavor in the box.

How many of each flavor is there?

There is 1 pouch of each flavor. Each pouch makes approximately 17 cup. More or less depending on how strong you like your chi.
