Deep Relaxation

The tone of the album is almost entirely ambient and atmospheric beats. Synthesized bells, woodwinds, hymn-like voices, and piano instrumentation is heavily expressed throughout the entire thing. Its not hard to imagine tranquil imagery while listening to this album, and true to its name, the music paints a very relaxing environment.I don't buy music CDs often considering I have heavy preference for VGM, but I'm more than happy with this one and recommend it wholeheartedly for both artists who desire relaxing music to draw to and to people who want relaxing music to just chill to.

What a lovely way to unwind. I've been using this an hour or so before bedtime and I've noticed a real difference in how much faster I've been able to fall asleep, and how much better the quality of that sleep is. I highly recommend this for anyone who has anxiety, depression, or anyone who has trouble leaving their stress at work. You won't regret the purchase or the extra sleep.

This has some good music on it. I primarily use it for my meditations. I'm always looking for good meditation music

I've had insomnia for many years and discovered CDs with binaural beat technology which is embedded in the music. Those beats encourage your brain to go into slower wave states which in turn help you relax and either sleep or enter a meditative state. This recording includes alpha wave and theta wave sounds which do help me to relax and fall asleep. I've found that delta waves can do the same.For me, what works best is to use headphones with a CD or stereo. I turn it down to where I can just hear it and it's easy to drop off. If it's played too loud, it could be intrusive and too loud to allow for relaxation.It can be tricky to find recordings which work when you don't have reviews to rely on. However, this one works well for me and I hope the company makes more. Not that I need a bunch. It's good to have a few recordings for variety.
