I use this inside rather than outside to let me know when customer has entered the shop, seems to do as i wanted so far

How do I return this when the 30 day returns expired 3 days before the sensor packed up. 1yr g'tee?
It worked fine and then the sensor packed up. Went to return it and the 30 day free return has run out, by 3 days. This must be covered by at least a 1 year warranty. I'm just going round in circles with Amazons "assistant". It's faulty so there must be a way to return it but I can't even find the sellers info! It worked fine before it packed up and we're now going to have to purchase another (different) make. Grrr.EDIT....A youth has assisted me in messaging the seller. I'll update this again when I receive a reply.
