Was a little thinner than I thought Great Value though large piece of material for your money

Be warned, this batting is extremely thin. If handled carefully, it’s no problem. It’s also not very smooth. However, the size is huge. Did a king sized quilt and had about 8 inches left all around it. It hand quilted beautifully and made a very heavy quilt. Love it.
