Can we have a manual switch for switching a 2hp submersible pump or 2ton ac on or off, alongwith this wifi/ble automation??

There is physical button provided on this smart switch to turn ON/OFF ac or pump manually. No additional button is required and supported.

Will this fit inside the switch box?

It is not meant for inside. There is one button and one led indicator on the device. I have fixed it as a standalone unit next to my home ups. It is working fine. Please check the measurements for your information

Can this switch be connected directly to ac mains on one end & ac load/pump on the other end? or does it need some dol starter/contactor before pump?

I am using my home ups as load. And working perfectly. In case of motor pump, I hope it will support at least 20 Amp since they are claiming a 30A max (4400W). I am Not sure.
