Lead not the same as the original lead with the pencil
This lead is not similar to the lead that came with the original pencil. It is too light and leaves a light impression on the paper where it is not too visible.

made in Brazil and not up to snuff
The thing of leads I got, anyway, was much too hard to be classed as "HB." I have a lot of experience with graphite, and I know very well that different manufacturers call different hardnesses HB. But this? NOBODY would call this HB. Most companies would call this 2H. ¶ That doesn't mean it's useless. I actually like H and 2H lead a lot. Still, when the thing is labeled HB...

Lead is 0.9 mm not 1.0 mm. Did not fit my pencil. Confusing labeling.
