Excellent quality, great lighting, beautiful details! My child loves it! I’m grateful that despite the delivery driver throwing it onto my driveway instead of walking it to the door, it was packed VERY well and was not damaged at all! Easy to assemble, not too heavy, easy to hang.

This is absolutely beautiful!!!! I unfortunately don't have a picture because I sent it out as a gift, but I saw it live when she plugged it in to show everyone and it was PERFECT! I believe it shipped out of state and was delayed by a day or so but it didn't matter I wasn't rushing and I'm happy it came not broken and working.

Great for anyone looking to add something unique to their room/setup. It's easy to use and the size of mine is exactly as interpreted.

I purchased this sign to put above my maker space, as something that will be visible when I'm creating content for my Youtube Channel. It's a nice product and is very bright! I think a brightness of 10% (which I can set by the remote) is fine for my needs. The sign is 3ft wide/1ft tall and I was able to buy it on sale for less than $200, which I think is a good value especially for something this large. I give it a rating of 5 stars because the sign is just as I was hoping/expecting. It would be nice if there was an option for a light weight adjustable stand that you could purchase, so you don't have to mount it or hang it on something. I will probably design my own stand for this but for now I was able to use a laser cut stand that I made for a solid wood sign. How did the process work? I placed my order with the required information, and the seller confirmed the details the next day and sent me an image of what my sign would look like. I approved it immediately. After a few more days the order had shipped. So it took 3 days total from the time I ordered to when the item shipped. It took a total of 14 days from the day I ordered for it to be delivered. There was a bit of a shipping delay (it was supposed to be delivered around day 11). The seller was proactive and informed me that it would be delayed due to weather. Even with the small delay, I'm still impressed by how quick it went overall. But keep in mind if you need this by a certain deadline, give yourself 3 weeks to be safe.

I am beyond impressed with this Custom Neon Sign! The quality is amazing, and it instantly transformed my space into something so much more personal and stylish. The customization process was easy, and seeing my personalized design come to life was so exciting. The sign arrived well-packaged, was simple to hang, and looked even better in person than I imagined. It feels durable, well-made, and definitely high quality. It did take a while to ship, but once received it, met all expectations.

Looks great in our kids' rooms...we bought each kid their own sign. It's a little smaller than expected but the lighting quality is perfect. The dimmed setting would make the sign a good option for night time/sleeping. I give major kudos on the shipping and the promptness for having the product ready to go and shipped in about 2 days. It cleared customs and got to us before Christmas when the original date was expected after Christmas. I would definitely use them again for signage.

Obsessed with my custom light. It for perfectly where I needed it. It has different brightness options as well. Very durable. Only thing I dont like is the cord isn't very long & it needs to be plugged into a wall piece. So the cord is hanging down my wall with a wall piece & extension cord. So it the cord was longer it would have been perfect. Easy to hang. It came with a few options in how to hang it up. Would have gave 5 stars if it had a longer cord. Other than that it's really nice.

This came perfect! I cannot express how much I love this! The quality is great! I highly recommend! I even convinced my fence to get one in his gamer tag as well! The quality of the item is pretty amazing as well!
