My Wife Loves this Knife
I've been transitioning our kitchen knives over the past few years to top quality Henkel's blades. Recently a 4 inch paring knife, not one of their top of the line, broke. It did not have the tang extended through the handle.I could not find another 4 inch with full tang that matched it, but this 5 inch blade is top quality. Just tonight my wife commented that it is perfect for cutting meat. She was making White Chicken Chili.It is a professional model, and we keep them sharp and expect them to out live us. You can't go wrong with Professional Henkel's blades. Ever.

Great kitchen knives.
Purchased these knives to replace older RADA knives and to fill out my other Zwilling knife set. I have been very impressed with the other Zwilling knives that I have and wanted to have a complete set. I find the knives to be great in the kitchen during all types of food preparation. I would recommend any of the Zwilling knives to my friends and family.

The right size and shape. Easily sharpened (or maintained) through a countertop sharpening device because of its straight shape and rigid blade. The synthetic material handle blends smoothly with the stainless steel blade. A rugged feel - nothing delicate about this knife, but its size and shape make it very effective preparing meats or vegetables.

My favorite knife for small jobs
Excellent knives! I bought a set and filled up the empty slots with 5.5” prep knives and a sandoku knife and this one.
