What size lid would you recommend?

All I can say is it is close to 3.25 inches across.

Are these lead and BPA free?

Read the information that was given. The write-up states they are lead-free and they are glass so no BPA.

Can these be used for sublimation?

I used permanent vinyl on them. It does not fit in the circut cup maker and it’s a pretty thin cup, I’d be afraid it would crack
