It comes with a measuring cup. With this strength you take 15 mL ONCE a day on an empty stomach. You have to drink a lot of water, exercise, and eat less to see results. While everything is equally important I would say staying hydrated and eating less is the most important. If you don’t feel well after taking this product you’re not drinking enough water. The lemon lime flavor is good. Will be purchasing again in the future. The entire bottle should last about a month or a little more. This is high dose. You want to check with your doctor if you have any health issues before trying this.

Buen precio sabor muy malo

I didn’t notice this is Carnitine Tartrate when I bought it, and didn’t know what form that is. I looked it up and turned out this is the form that’s most effective in burning fat compared to other forms. However, I didn’t notice much difference in energy compared to Carnipure.. both are equally effective. But according to the comparison article I came across, looks like this one should be better at burning fat. I love the taste too.
