After looking at many different massage guns, I decided to go ahead with this. Admittedly it was more expensive than many others, but I wanted something that was good quality and good build. After all, cheaper is not always best in my opinion. For what I was getting with this item, the price was right in comparison to what you got with others.The massage gun came with many great attachments which are great. The hot/cold is also a great attachment that works well.The gun itself is very well made and is of very good quality. It works great. Will definitely keep this brand in mind if choose to buy similar again.Great item. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

This has been game changing for post-run muscle soreness, not sure how we lived without one before!In terms of features, we only really tend to use the spherical attachment, and the device takes a while to charge but we love it.Unfortunately the device stopped working after about a year.After getting in contact with Bob and Brad's support team they were able to provide us with a replacement device out within a few days!We were extremely impressed with the customer service and would highly recommend the investment!

So far so good.Much better than the £20-30 ones you get. Stronger and smoother vibration which doesn't stall out with pressure. The heating pad is probably a bit of a gimmick. I've been using it everyday on sore muscles and battery life is decent so far. This massage gun is amazing very silent then the once’s I have used, light heat function is good, will help the muscles recover.Got at a good price, albeit it still quite expensive then other massage guns.It does a good deep massage job.

UPDATE: I reached out to Bob as Amazon wouldn't replace & amPleased to inform that their customer service is excellent and they replaced the product which I am finding incredibly helpful as I train for marathons & triathlons.I also suffer from Ankylosing spondylitis and find it releases a lot of the muscular spasms I have.All in all I am super pleased 😀I am so very disappointed, a friend had this gun so decided to buy. Came out of the box working fine, stopped working the same day, presumed to be a low battery but it won’t charge, even with alternative cables, plugs etc I have been told that THIS PRODUCT IS NOT RETURNABLE by AMAZON so have paid £90 for a faulty machine.
