It's a pretty good all-purpose rolling utility cart. The wheels are rubber. Both wheels lock to keep it in place. The shelves are molded plastic but not flimsy. One edge of each frame is higher than the other, which prevents small parts from rolling off. It should be mounted so that all the short sides are on the same side. Put the aluminum tube into the hole and press as hard as possible. Then, hit one side with a rubber mallet, then the other, all the way down. They also provide a rubber cap with a handle for placement on the end of the aluminum tube, making it very easy to install. This cart with wheels is helpful in my garage. This is a great rolling cart.

I'm a prepper by nature, I stock up on items for the unexpected in the future. food, medical supplies and filter water from my Berkey water purification system. This great little three shelf cart can move whatever I want to relocate throughout my home, especially my main prep room. Light weight but very strong it can handle heavy loads of canned goods and 1 gal. water containers all over the house.

Got this to use in my daycare for delivering food to the classrooms. Works perfect! Fits 18 paper plates.

This cart met my expectations. It is sturdy, rolls easily, and fits perfectly in the closet area where I needed it. It was a task assembling, because the pipes would come out as you were trying to get another one in the shelf. Was very impressed with the rubber mallet that came with it.

My RV is limited on space, so this cart is a life saver! It's perfect because it's easy to move around to places out of the way It even comes with a cute little hammer!

I like easy rolls and large shelves.l little bit hard to put togather need alot of force with the rubber mallet included, but just go back whacking each leg until all seam even. Dislike only 2 wheels would like all 4 wheels able to lock. I use the cart for beads arts supplies and drinks cases of pop.

Pounded on this cart in order to assemble it (not nearly as easy as the videos showed!). Aluminum legs went sideways, fell out of the sockets, etc. The protective hammer cover even broke during assembly. Finally got the cart together but with one of the legs bent and jammed in a broken way in its respective socket. If I'd known this cart would be such a pain to assemble, I would have bought something else. Once together, however, it's a nice size and feels very sturdy. I just hope none of the legs pop out again.

Easy to assemble. Works great for our company, and would recommend. The height between the shelves is perfect!
