This mattress is too firm for my me. I do not find it comfortable, especially when lying on my back. I need my but to sink in more, and I also need better overall weight distribution so as not to experience pressure points. (I weigh 205 lbs. so I am no lightweight.) However it is better than most air mattresses. I suppose it probably has good quality foam that will hold up for a long time, however the downside to that is it makes it too firm. Perhaps wth use it will break in a bit. The thickness seems about right and I'm glad it is not overly thick, which would take up too much space in my minivan. At this point I have not yet slept on it and I just briefly tested it out, however that was enough for me to be confident in writing this review. One minor criticism is that the shoulder strap is unnecessarily large, designed to be slung over a shoulder. Who really slings a bulky mattress over their shoulder anyway? I imagine that would be a great way to wreck your back. I would rather it have two smaller hand holds sewn in like my old worn out one from 20 years ago. It. seems to me there are too many products with "improvements" that are actually worse than what was standard before. (e.g. aggravatingly slow power sliding doors on a minivan -- the true improvement being to use them in manual mode and also cut the cable to let them glide freely without added friction) Otherwise, this appears to be a well build product, good proportions for one person for camping or for a guest to use, and the chocolate color looks nice. You may also want to consider adding some cot sheets to your shopping cart, and a waterproof mattress liner if you can find one in the correct size.

I like it ok.Pros:Lighter to carry than heavy memory foam pads. Felcro keeps it closed. Also carry handle-strap. Can throw in the car, and easily walk it to picnic site, etc.Darker color doesn't show stains as easy as white memory foam pads.Perfect size for adult. It is less wide than most. But you don't need wider. Again, great for throwing in car.Cons:It truly is pretty stiff. Not just firm, but stiff. You can still get good night's sleep. But if you care about real comfort, you better get a memory foam pad. I've had many different types of pads. Trust me, this is stiff.The case material is kinda rough. It feels more synthetic and hotter than others. It's not soft and breathable. Note, the bottom is rougher so it won't slide on carpet I suppose. Make sure you sleep on the proper side of it.Bottom Line:Fine for picnic or camping, since light and easy to carry. If you want more comfort, keep looking.

These are extremely convenient mats to use whenever you have extra guest or while camping. Youth loves to have friends over and watch TV while lounging on these mats. The only problem I have and wish I would off known is the texture of the material. Its silky and sheets are not staying on. I try fitted sheets, I try elastic straps to secure corners, etc. It's not working. Nothing stays put on the silky material that covers these mats. For someone that doesn't care about protection these mats are great. You can store them easily when not needed. Very efficient product to use and store.

I’ve slept on this for a couple of months and it’s held itself together. It’s not the most comfortable thing in the work but it is definitely better than sleeping on a hard floor. When you first get the cushion it’s very firm.

Great for someone lightweight and under 6 feet. Makes a great "tuffet" to sit on when it's folded into a square.

It's a bit firm, but overall comfortable and won't need to worry about getting holes, like an air mattress.

This mat met or exceeded my expectations. I found it to be comfortable and an excellent pad for overflow bed needs. It worked very well for visitors and it is very convenient to store. I am very pleased with this product.

I have had it for a little over 24 hours so I suppose it is too early for me to offer a comprehensive review. That said these Mattress's have clearly impressed me and for the price I think they are a steal. I will routinely update once I have used them for 30 days, 90 days & 180 days.
