Im really happy with this purchase. Quality material. Sellers kindly contacted me with regards to delivery- spoke gently and helped deliver efficiently earlier than expected.The video really helped better than any paper instructions explaining how to set it up. Was done relatively quickly. I did it on my own although having two people is better. King size. One thing id say about the instructions that confused me though was that the airlift cap was already taken off. I wasnt sure if this was the case or not but subsequently realised when i had to pit the matress on to allow the bed tilt to slide down. Overall a great bed. Classy and i strongly recommend it.

Bed came Earlier than was first said. Communication was made to inform me of a delivery slot. Drivers were excellent polite and wouldn't let us lift any of bed in.Bed went together really easy, only problem we had was 2 bits were missing from the bed end. With in 10 mins of sending a message the company get in touch to find out what the problem was. I had someone come out the next day with the parts who fitted them and finished the bed off. From start to finish very happy.

After reading the comments about delivery , I stayed on top of this the seller sent me his number and delivery was very easy. The bed- easily put together following the video that they give you a link for me and my 8 year old put it together. The bed is strong sturdy and beautiful.. 100% recommend.

This bed is outstanding value for money. It is luxurious, well made. The storage is great. It’s very easy to put together. An absolute must if you are looking for an ottoman bed in this price range, you will not be disappointed.

Smelling poor quality, the workers are full of lies, they promised to compensate me with only £30 for inconvenience and distress but they never did and the staff (man) in question never picked my call again after replacing the headboard. I don’t wanna recommend this product
