Keto you must stay below 20 carbs a day, these have 15 per serving - how is this keto? Seems too high with other carbs you eat like veggies etc

With Keto, you have to stay below 5% net carbs or around 20 g of net carbs per day. 13 of the 15 carbs in this chocolate are fiber, which is subtracted from the total carbs to give you net carbs of 2 per serving. They are a great snack if you need a treat and a great source of fiber which you also need. The recommended amount of carbs for a woman is 25 grams and 30 for a man. So when you put the low net carb requirement beside the need for fiber, this treat is a win-win-win!

Taste like good quality chocolate. Satisfies that sweet and salty craving. No alcohol sugars to give you gas and stomach cramps. Easy on the GI track. Very low carbolicious treat without any guilt! It's the best! Would love to have some chocolate chips for baking.

I know this product is 100% stoneground but is it 100% cocoa

100% cocoa will be very bitter, we have other ingredients in the Keto Bark, the percentage of cocoa is between 50%-55% depends on the flavors

These are the ingredients: Dark Chocolate (unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter), Soluble Corn Fiber (GMO free), Almonds, Sea Salt, Sunflower Lecithin, Monk Fruit Extract, Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans. All keto bark is coated in a confectionery glaze which is made from soluble corn fiber and our monk fruit exclusively.

Low-carb Chocolate that doesn’t sabotage your Diet

Yes, finally! Tastes like chocolate, has low carb, no cholesterol, & acceptable saturated fat; Plus no gastric distress. I plan to eat 1 serve daily & no other low carb chocolate snack met the cholesterol/fat guidelines. Even though serve size is 3 pieces they’re individually wrapped so if less is enough, can stop 😉

Great chocolate/Shipper inadequate

The chocolate is the best I tasted in long time. Going to be hard to limit myself to two squares a day !!!! Will order again. But shipping is terrible. Had a notification it was out for delivery yesterday and never came. Then another notification for today and I just have to look at it too, and it was sitting in the hot sun. It still is not marked delivered. 😏 the ice pack was melted. The chocolates were very soft. Delivery service inadequate!!!!
