Beautiful flavor
Teas come in a variety of strengths and styles. This Darjeeling is my current favorite. Assam can be overwhelming and biting but this Darjeeling produces a smooth flavor that carries through a whole pot of tea. I can seeing it advertised as a good afternoon tea, but I think it is a great way to start the day.

flowery delicate taste, medium to large size tea leafs
This might not be a premium tea, but it isn't a budget tea either. In my opinion it tastes better than the Organic Darjeeling from Positively Tea, which has smaller leaves and more grounded leaves. There are definitely some twigs and older gray leaves in this mix. So like I said: a good tea but not a superior tea. Still way better than bagged tea, which is mostly completely ground dry tea leaves. But this one is not at the top of the tea game. However for the current price, it's an excellent deal and you would need to pay $20+ more for a 16 Ounce Bag to really notice the difference in flavor and get an even fuller flavor. But as it is right now, it's already a well-balanced flavor.

Great Taste - Good Value - USDA Organic!
This loose leaf Darjeeling tea has a delicious taste and fresh aroma. We used to like organic Assam tea the best, but this one is even more flavorful. I appreciate the fact that it is third party verified organic by USDA. The price seems reasonable and is a good value for what you get. The package lasts quite a while. This is now our fifth reorder, obviously we like it a lot...

Very strong Darjeeling
The label does not specify whether this is a first flush or second flush tea, nor does it give much information on the quality of this tea, other than that it is golden tipped. From its looks and taste, I suspect it's a second flush, though. The dry leaves have a strong, slightly grassy tea smell and are in shades of brown, which indicates that the tea was longer oxidized than first flush Darjeeling. The brewed tea has a dark amber color and it has a full bodied, strong taste with a good amount of adstringency, which leaves a particular, not unpleasant aftertaste. On the Darjeeling spectrum, it is definitely one of the strongest Darjeelings I ever had.Obviously, how you rate a Darjeeling is entirely an issue of personal preference. I like the delicate, crisp first flush Darjeelings much more than the robust second flush ones. And this one is very robust. So, not my favorite, but still a very good tea, particularly if you need a good, strong tea in the morning.

Tasty!
I'm mostly a tea drinker and of all the tea leaves I have tried, this one is by far my favorite. If you are looking for black tea with a nice almost chocolaty flavor, look no further. It has a very earthy tea taste that any tea drinker will enjoy. The packaging is excellent and I not only use it for myself I use this to gift any other tea drinker within my friends and family circle.

Too many stems and bitter taste
This tea is terrible. It has so many hard stems along with the tea leaves. Completely unacceptable and the tea tastes bitter. I have purchased Ahmad tea from you and it was delicious and perfect.

Dishonest offering
This is not a Singell Estate tea. I bough it because the price was very good, I'd say too good to be true.No vintage was given and no harvest time (first or second), but compared to a first flush from inPursuit of Tea, this is worse than bad. The latter costs about $11 an ounce and well worth it. This one is way over processed (fermentation and oxidation). It is practically burnt. If it is a Singell, it is from a batch that had been left to "cook" by mistake. Or else, it is not from Singell. There is no way to resurrect a mishandled tea, no matter how you alter the pH and TDS of the water, brewing time, the result is a heavy, dark, and frightfully bland, tea. I say frightfully as it is like a living dead. I cringe tasting it.As I said, the price was too good and I fell for it. My bad. Trust me, not worth it.The left picture is Singell from In Pursuit of Tea, the one on the right is from this seller. You can see how badly burnt the latter is. When tea is over processed, it is not possible to save it. So, perhaps they are selling this dredge cheap just to get rid of it. It has the feel of an Assam tea without the earthy flavor.

Great subdued flavour
Bought this twice. Without the shipping cost the second time, it's a good deal. The flavour is nice though subdued.
