these were a gift.

We got all the tools, with 2 batteries, but no charger. The charger is listed as included in the box the tools came in, but it was not in the box. We can not use the tools without the charger. We contacted Amazon, they said they would refund our money. Waiting to see if that happens. Very disappointed we have other 60 Anp and 40 Amp items from Hart and have been happy with their performance. We are attempting to contacting Hart to see if we can get the charger.

Pictures are deceiving, you will NOT be receiving the drill bit set. It's just the tools and the sotrage bag. We chose this particular set to buy our of hundreds bc of the price to piece ratio under the assumption that the drill bit set came with it. Extremely disappointed.

Why would you have a picture showing the kit with bits and not send it with it. Seems to me that this is false advertising.

The product is amazing, however I did not receive any bits, even though the post focuses on the set in several pictures.
