Had a stuffy head cold that started to get into my bronchial. My sinuses were full and lots of drainage down my throat.It was getting worse and I needed something to act fast. It had been 5 days and had to travel for a funeral, in the middle of it all.I did some research and found this product to target all my symptoms.I read the directions and followed on day one.Day two, I doubled the dose but only once in Morning and once early evening.Woke up on day 3 feeling almost 100% better. I always drink a lot of water normally, and that helps too.This herbal remedy did the trick! I believe in the Chinese herbal remedies and have tried some before, but this one is my new favorite!It targets all head cold zones.Does Not upset my sensitive stomach, and didn’t matter whether I ate food with it.I will continue to take it so I don’t relapse.. for another week.I feel it’s safer than OTC drugs. No side effects whatsoever.Read the label and see for yourself!I would recommend this over anything else I’ve tried. I have followed natural remedies and supplements for 30 years.This one is a winner!!!!!I would give it 10 stars if they offered it.!!!

For 5 years I've had chest congestion, coughing up phlegm several minutes at a time 2 or 3 times a day especially at night, after meals, early a.m. due to having taken a heart medication that is know to cause lung damage and a blood thinner that continued the damage all over a period of 5 years. I have almost no tolerance of prescription drugs so refused the aid of things like steroids that doctors wanted to give me. I knew they would just cause more problems. I just pretty much suffered through it and took a mucinex when I had to. I received my order of these capsules yesterday and took one at 2, 5 and 9 p.m. They seemed to help almost immediately. I coughed very little last night before bed and this morning have just cleared my throat a little. I'm thrilled to have this relief. BTW, I'm almost 83. 3 weeks later: I am certainly not completely clear of coughing up phlegm but it has been cut down to "manageable" for sure. I don't have the heavy congested feeling in my chest and it is easier to cough up the phlegm when it builds up. I can't say it has helped my shortness of breath but that may come in time. I'm not any worse and all the symptoms I have now are tolerable. After all, I'm almost 83. ALSO, It helps me to sleep better. I don't know why but I took this for a couple of weeks then stopped for a couple of weeks and the waking up at 1:30 or so and being unable to go back to sleep came back. When I resumed taking it I began sleeping through the night again. I switched to clear lung for a while but I believe it is causing GI irritation so am going back to Natural Factors.

Have used this for years. helps so much, especially if sick

*01-03-2019* - I took off one star because these pills make me mildly drowsy if I take them in the early evening or late evening. A Starbucks coffee does not even help to alleviate the drowsiness from these pills.******Original Review**These work great for my asthma and they work at keeping sinuses clear! I no longer have to take over the counter sinus medicine!My main reason for buying these pills was for exercise-induced asthma and for daily sinus problems. Prior to taking these pills, I was taking Extra Strength "Clearlungs" pills for almost a year and they didn't work as well as these Natural Factor pills. The Clearlungs brand was only for the lungs and asthma, not for the sinuses. I was always having to buy over the counter sinus medicine, but with these specific Natural Factor pills, I no longer have to buy sinus medicine. Also, these pills make my breathing easier while exercising allowing me to improve my workouts!!

I purchased this product for my husband to use. He has been taking it for about a month now and says it heally helps him.

I am giving this product a 3 because it is very challenging to evaluate. A trip to an ENT for blockage of both ears resulted in a recommendation of sinus surgery for chronic pan sinusitis. I was opposed, I am still opposed. I wanted to try a homeopathic product to see if I could improve, so, I landed on this product. Directions recommend taking 3-4 times/day. I have been taking once only. The tablet is HUGE, and I am not all that great about taking meds, and certainly not three or four times/day. Anyway, the drainage from my sinuses has become more clear and lessened. I do have a nagging post nasal drip cough and one ear still has fluid sloshing around. The allergy meds haven't helped that much yet. I do think that this product has helped, but it isn't a night and day improvement, so, I can't say for certain. Perhaps if you take it as directed, it would be more noticeable. So, I am not critical by any means, just unsure.

I wish I had this sooner. I think it works great.
