Nicely made pan, wooden handle so no heat transfer to your hand. Perfectly sized for english muffins. It's nonstick but takes certain technique, unlike teflon pans, but those flake off toxic chemicals. You will need to find a mini griddle spatula also, the cups too small for normal spatulas. First I put a little water into the cups and heat the pan up till the water boils off, always work with hot pan when cooking if you don't want things to stick, its called the leidenfrost effect. I still like to use tiny drop of oil or butter and spread it around with a silicone brush. Crack in your eggs, you should hear it sizzle a bit, immediately turn the heat low and let it cook slowly till you see the egg white turn solid. If it hasn't separated on its own, use a fork or butterknife to run along the edges to free the edges for flipping. I use a fork and mini spatula to flip them over. continue cooking to your desired doneness. I love a nice runny egg. If you're only making one or two eggs, i pour water into the empty cups, heating empty pan for long time may damage it. Cleanup is easy, can just wipe with paper towel. The screw for the wooden handle may need periodic tightening.

We LOVE this pan. It’s perfect for over easy eggs and homemade McGriddles with perfectly sized pancakes! I’m sure there’s even more uses we’ll discover. Note to future users, I found that it either gets hotter than regular pans or the one sizes mean super fast cooking. Cook on a lower heat until you get used to it.

This pan has so many uses! From perfectly round sunny-side-ups to pancakes, hash browns, and even crumpets. Love love love that it’s stoneware, very high quality. Very easy too clean, too, and very durable. Non-stick - like a charm! Nice color, even heating. Worth every penny. Where has this pan been all my life?

For now I'm giving this 4 stars because I've only cooked once with it. I made chicken burgers for the family the other night and they came out great! I lined the sections with some vegetable oil and there was no sticking! The quality of the product is great. The burgers cooked evenly and quickly and they tasted great. I bought two of these for $15.99 each - well worth the money. I'm looking forward to making eggs with this. UPDATE: I made eggs in this last night. I think we put a little too much in each section and it made it a little hard to turn the egg over, but we did it! Perfect for breakfast sandwiches.

I have wanted one of these for a while. I was skeptical about it because I had seen other brands stick and not do as it was supposed to. I watched a lady on YouTube that had just bought one a week or so ago, using this brand. She posted the link to what she got and it led me to this brand. I bought it and will probably buy another one. I got it in the mail yesterday and this morning I made the home version of the mc griddle. I have to say it is much better than what you can get at the fast food chain. It heated evenly. This is a heavy pan for the size which I feel is good quality. The pan is deep enough so you don't have to worry about over filling each cup. It was very easy to use and the price is fair. I loved the fact that my food didn't stick to the pan. I will be playing around trying to come up with other foods I can make in this skillet. Thanks for a great product! I love it!!

An easy way to make a few days of eggs for reheating. The pan is nonstick although I generally add a little oil. It is the easiest way to make multiple eggs at once. The handle is man made product that doesn't get hot. The eggs cook evenly and I do put a lid on to steam them a bit. It takes about 10-15min and I do turn them over but not sure that is necessary. It is also easy to clean and I put it in the dishwasher. It was a great value and allows me to make egg sandwiches ahead so I don't need to buy a sandwich on the way to work.

I was very disappointed to find that a large chunk of the handle was missing when this pan arrived. I own several other pieces of CAROTE cookware, and traditionally they have been very good quality, so I have no doubt that the actual cooking performance of this pan will meet my expectations. However, the sturdiness of the handle on this particular pan is concerning, and aesthetically it is very frustrating to have to look at a broken handle on a brand new item. The broken pieces were inside the package, but they were shattered badly enough that they could not be glued back together or repaired. The photos also do not show another hairline crack in the handle that I noticed after unpacking it. I honestly expect that crack will probably worsen and break completely during the first use, which could make the handle unusable. I seriously considered returning the pan because it bothered me that much to receive a brand new product in damaged condition. Unfortunately, the return process would require me to repackage the item and drive to a UPS store, which is about 30 miles away from me. That would mean a 60 mile round trip plus fuel costs, and it simply is not worth the hassle for this item. Overall, I am frustrated by the condition it arrived in. I expected better packaging and quality control from a brand that I have otherwise had very good experiences with.
