Are these genuine apple earpods? means no difference if i buy this or from apple store?

Yes! They come in apple branded box and everything. You can go through the "Apple Store" link on Amazon and follow the link through Accessories and Ipod Touch accessories. It will link you to this exact item. As with all Amazon merch--make sure that it's listed as being sold/shipped by Amazon (or the seller you want it from). It's the used/cheap/fake stuff that comes from odd ball sellers who say they have it, but don't.

Mine were used and had a sticker on them saying "used - like new." They might have been originally Apple, but they were not new, so I returned them. (Ew.)

Are these the original apple earpods?

It's really hard for me to tell for sure but it's doubtful these are real Apple products. I've ordered these 3x in the last 6 weeks @ $19.99 ea + tax ($64.16). All went bad in the first week or so. Four Apple users in the house and we've all purchased what we "thought" were the real deal only to learn otherwise on Amazon. In my experience Apple EarPods just don't go bad that quickly.
