Excellent item. Work great, are for smaller bins too with adjustable cord. Rain goes right through. Prevents leaves and especially mosquitos!!

Keeps mosquito larva out. I was dumping buckets from around the yard into them and some had larva. That just twisted on top of the net. You can easily filter out the gunk from buckets. The draw string helps pull it really tight. Sometimes it will fall through depending on how heavy the flow/debris is.

Works exactly as it should, keeps the leaves and debris out. Super easy to use and great value for the money. A must buy~

I have 3 rain barrels and have been using plastic window screens to keep mosquito larvae out of the water. Then I found these Mesh Cover for Rain Barrels and ordered it. And boy am I glad I did!! 1. The mesh is much finer than the screen material I have been using. There is absolutely no way for mosquitoes to get past the mesh. 2. The draw strings with the locking mechanism makes putting the mesh in place very easy. 3. The mesh covers are cheap! Three barrel covers for $10? How could I pass that up? As for longevity - I will find that out next year. Hopefully they will last more than one year, which is about how long my old screen covers lasted before developing rips.

Looks ok. Fits ok. Adjustable. Just installed. Too soon to say how well it works.

Easy to use, mesh has a great, soft feel, easily pulls tightly around different sized barrels and best of all, mosquito population is way down. We had been relying on the screen on top of the barrel to keep out mosquitoes. Big mistake, we thought we were being vigilant in getting rid of spaces they like but were still getting bit as soon as we went outside in the back where the barrels are, not so much in the front, which led me to search for a solution. It turns out the barrels were the problem. We now can comfortably enjoy our backyard again.

As expected and have very long strings. Put this on a 50 gallon drum catching water from our shed, it stopped all shingles granules and spruce needles, but probably not dust. But works as intended and will hopefully big enough to put on top of our Air Conditioner. What more can you ask of it.

Easy-to-use mesh cover for my rain barrel, keeps debris and bugs out. Easy to tighten up to stay on the top. I like the fact it comes as a pack of two; the mesh is fine, and I like having a backup for when it eventually gets a hole or tear.
