Great for regular use !
I’m on my fourth order of two packs of this item, with the permission of my gastroenterologist I take it every evening to help keep things moving along! It’s super gentle, easy on the body and I notice no side effects at all! If I have any issues going to the bathroom, I just take a few more and they help! I take only two everyday, and it works magic!

You can take quite a few if necessary…how well they work depends on your system. I take 4, twice a day with meals, as I have a VERY SLOW digestive system…
