I am having a hard time finding the sports drink I really want, so "settled" for this brand. I am very happy with this brand and will buy more when I need it. The lemonade flavor tastes great and doesn't have all the extra calories of other sports drinks. This powder mixes well and seems to do as well as any other sports drinks I have tried. On first impression, the container is smaller than expected. But the flavor is enjoyable, and strong enough that I only use 1/3 to 1/2 serving in my 30 oz water mug. It has a light lemon flavor that isn't bitter or sour. The minerals also give it a "smooth" mouthfeel, which makes it much easier to get my daily water intake. My only issue is that it floats on the water surface and is a bit difficult to get dissolved. But with some vigorous stirring, it works. I expect this container to last me 6-8 weeks. Overall, I wish the price was a bit lower, but the product itself is a yes for me.

I love this powder! It mixes well with my water and I just put 1.5 scoops in my Owala daily and it dissolves well and lasts until I drink it all. I can't really comment on anything but the taste as far as if it does anything else for my body, but the taste alone is great.
