I use the exercises in this book twice a week. Good sequence of exercises. The video demonstrations on the KneesOverToes channel help, but this book is a good reference.

Good for beginner and on up, exercises and progression explained well, illustrated, and covers a lot of different leg, foot muscles.

This book is very understandable with a lot of images to explain the exercises. Every exercise has an explanation of the progression and regression available, as well as an explanation of the purpose of the exercise.Most of all, it gives hope and the right mindset. Thank you Ben for it !
