After i received the sim card it said i had to call the selling company to get it working. i did they said it does not work on my phone and a lot of other cell phones. they would not issue me a full refund

Didn't work for me. We bought it for my mom, who was travelling to Chicago and then Frankfurt. barely worked! Maybe 2 messages and 1 call when we were testing it!

Worked great for me. Was easy and had service on within minutes of me following the directions. I was worried cause I thought I still owed money on the phones but it worked. I wish I had know about this before. Yall it's worth it!

Loved it very easy to activate no calls just insert sim and add code very easy

The internet connection was good, but I could not call using my Galaxy S9 Plus.

I am very disappointed with their customer service so I would rated it as terrible. I’ve been in the US since last Thursday and SIM card still hasn’t been activated. I’m Very disappointed and unsatisfactory & I will never purchase this item again. I would not recommend it to anyone.

ich rate absolut ab vor dieser SIM Karte, sie ist nicht ohne Problem zu aktivieren. Ich habe dafür 20 Euro in die Tonne getreten

When you put the SIM in you then have to go to the website and enter a whole load of information such as IMEI code and local dialling code and then wait 4-6 hours for them to activate it.
