The hardware itself looks very nice, and appears to be of quality material. However, the square bracket that holds the hardware to the wall is poorly designed. Thus, when mounted, the hardware is not tight and secure. The hardware is not secure on the wall and moves. We tried two different pieces of hardware to confirm that it was not just a faulty square bracket in one of the pieces of hardware that was causing the issue.I returned the product because of the major design flaw. I would strongly caution against purchasing this bathroom hardware unless you are complacent with the hardware moving a bit after being mounted on the wall.

Very nice set, and a great value. The style is unusual and modern. I took off one star because using the Allen key to attach them to the wall is a son of a bitch! I do love them now that they're up.

Really tried to like this product but just can't. Start off by stating the holder where you actually put the roll on is not round, more of a thin square bracket, so when you pull on the roll it clunks around (ya know like a round thing on a square thing... weird, right). Then if you have anything other then the standard size roll it is too close to the wall and you can't unroll the paper, so theres that. It moves easily from the wall, looks and feels cheap. Yeah, I won't be keeping it, unfortunately I missed the return date.. lesson learned.

I have installed last week and looks great l. Good design and easy to install .

I have bought this set for some of our rental units as well as our own home in several different finishes. The price is very good, and it's a sturdy, good quality product. I wish they had a set that included the European style toilet paper holder instead, as it's simplicity is preferable in our rentals, but overall I would definitely recommend.
