Comfort fit
A little hard to fit the tube into the nasal pillow but works well once I got it put together

Terrible-cracks within 4 months of use
The original lasted me almost 3 years. This one lasted me almost exactly 4 months. It is not durable and cracks. So if you want to buy 3 per year, go for it. Unfortunately I needed another one so I HAD to buy this. Now Iโm looking for new setups because I refuse to waste money on this product in the future.

Fits the assembly and is relatively durable.

Works, tubing not as durable as resmed, tough to insert into nose pillow.
As Resmed products a #10 this product #7. This product good for a quick reasonable priced overnight "back up" to the real thing. My original Resmed tubing part lasted way over ten years. The part of this tubing that goes into nose pillow has sharp ridges, makes it more difficult to squeeze into nose pillow opening and maybe stress the silicone nose pillow material. In fairness the original Resmed tubing not easy to insert into Nose pillow either. Clear tubing of this product looks eventually easy to crush on toss and turn night of sleep. I have now used cpap for way over a decade and I know my parts.

Long Tube Worked Fine.
Did not need the short tube as the long tube reached the mask well.

Good replacement
Nice replacement. I've used a cpap for 20 years and this fits well, is clean and satisfactory

It fits but has flaws.
There was no problem hooking up to my Resmed pillow and supply hose. My complaints are two. 1: Once there is air pressure on it it doesn't swivel without waking up and pressing on it to relieve the pressure against it. Having to wake up to swivel the hose somewhat defeats the purpose of using a CPAP. 2: I get a lot of moisture condensing in the pillow. I think it's because there is less vent area. The OEM hose vents a noticeably stronger wind stream through the vent and leaves the pillow nearly dry. With this product, every time I roll over from one side to the other I get a trickle of water up my nose, and the device has a lot of condensation inside in the morning. Spending an annoying amount of money I purchased a new OEM hose and the problems ended immediately.
